Every person is unique. Everyone has different needs in life, so I try to always remain flexible when presenting coaching packages. Below you’ll find my current coaching packages. If we decide to take this journey together, I believe that you will find the results you desire. It has been my experience that the very best results come from weekly coaching. Therefore, in the beginning I highly recommend meeting once a week. After four weeks, we can evaluate where you are and what you may still need and then meet every two weeks or even once a month for a while. I have been told that changing behavior is a process and takes time. Typically, it takes from 2-3 months to change behavior and achieve results that last. My contracts are not long term, but I do have clients that love their results and continue coaching for several months - even years. Again, because YOU are unique, I have tried to custom tailor a package and pricing to fit your needs. So, I have several options available if you choose to allow me to be your coach.

Quick Action $45 - in this 30-minute session we will go over application and format for services

Goal Plan $45- In this 30-minute session(s) we will form a plan that lists what you are willing to do to make your goal a new reality.

Basic Coaching $80 each 60-minute session [Personal Development; Stress Management; Developing Positive Habits; Empowerment; Relationships]

Spiritual Coaching $100 each session

Business/Career Coaching $150 - $200 each session

Package $350:

Three 45-minute sessions. If more than three sessions are needed, we will customize the plan together for future needs. (For instance, if three sessions are not enough you will pay and schedule two more sessions.) Keep in mind that MOST clients need at least 4 sessions to really experience benefit.

Services are paid before service is rendered.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy which constitutes a reschedule of service.
